Continuing its legacy of impressive fuel economy, affordability and reliability, the 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage adds interior enhancements to its ES base model to ensure consumers continue to receive the connectivity they seek at an affordable price.

The exterior styling has a purpose -- with an aerodynamic design to improve fuel-efficiency and a simple, restrained form to help reduce weight, creating a car in which form and function come together.

The 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage continues to utilize a 1.2-liter three-cylinder DOHC engine featuring the latest version of Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control (MIVEC) variable valve-timing system that maximizes fuel efficiency and power output while greatly minimizing exhaust emissions. With the addition of a roller-type camshaft, Mirage has 78 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 74 lb.-ft. torque at 4,000 rpm.

A new 7-inch touchscreen display audio unit with Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, rearview camera and steering wheel auto Bluetooth switches add additional functionality and value to the Mirage's ES entry-level trim.

Additional changes include a center console USB port and driver's seat armrests in the SE and GT trims. Smartphone link display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto remains available in the SE and GT trims keeping the Mirage connected and user-friendly without compromising price.
