Nissan's flagship Murano crossover combines forward-looking design sensibility with an elegant style. Following a comprehensive refreshening for the 2019 model year, including revised exterior and interior treatments, Murano adds expanded availability of Nissan Safety Shield 360 for 2020, along with new option package naming for 2020.

Murano expresses Nissan's advanced design direction with its V-motion front end, LED signature boomerang lights and the unique "floating" roof. The stunning exterior design carries into the interior, which offers an engaging social lounge feel -- including features such as advanced Zero Gravity front and outboard rear seating, and the airy atmosphere created by the large windows and oversized Dual Panel Moonroof.

Every 2020 Murano comes equipped with an advanced 3.5-liter V6 rated at 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque. Also standard is an advanced Xtronic transmission tuned for quick response and smoothness.

Murano offers responsive handling and a comfortable ride through use of a 4-wheel independent suspension featuring a front strut/rear multi-link design. Also standard are 4-wheel disc brakes with Anti-lock Braking System and power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. Murano is offered in front-wheel drive or Intelligent All-Wheel Drive.

Safety Shield 360 is a critical part of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, which provides technology in a way that moves people to a better world. Safety Shield 360 includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking.

In addition, upgraded standard equipment has been added for Murano SV, SL and Platinum grades. Murano SV adds heated outside mirrors, Intelligent Cruise Control and rear sonar. Murano SL adds Traffic Sign Recognition, while Murano Platinum receives a new smooth leather-wrapped steering wheel.
