After an all-around refresh for the 2020 model year, 2021 A4 brings additional technology and driver assistance features, as well as more streamlined packages.

The A4 represents the best-selling sedan in Audi history and is sportier and more cutting edge than its predecessors. The midsize model looks dynamic and sophisticated thanks to the new design language updates. Almost every piece of sheet metal on the exterior of the A4 has been transformed. The Singleframe grille is broader and flatter and underneath the headlights are larger air inlets that point narrowly inward.

New for 2021, the four-cylinder receives a power increase of 13 horsepower and a 12v mild-hybrid electric vehicle system. New for 2021, the A4 40 TFSI is now standard equipped with quattro all-wheel drive.

Audi smartphone interface with wireless Apple CarPlay, lane departure warning, and the integrated toll module are now available and included as standard equipment. The ITM is a toll transponder built into the vehicle's rearview mirror, allowing drivers to access compatible toll roads services in the U.S. and in parts of Canada.

The Convenience package now includes a heated steering wheel and parking system plus (front and rear parking sensors). The Premium Plus trim is now standard equipped with adaptive cruise control with active lane assist, top view camera system, and hands-on detection steering wheel. Heated rear seats are now standard on the Prestige trim across the A4/S4 model line.

The 2021 Audi A4 45 TFSI offers a Black optic package with 18-inch wheels with all-season tires or 19-inch wheels with summer tires.

The 3.0-liter TFSI engine in the S4 delivers 349 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. It's mated to an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission that is well suited for the low-end torque of the V6. Every Audi S4 is standard equipped with quattro all-wheel drive.
